When I saw this Snow Miku 2013 version, my first thought was "What? Miku again? But hey, this is slightly different..." I like hood she has on her green hair and the umbrella accessory she is holding, everything about Miku is similar, but she gives off a different feeling whenever she wears a different costume.
According to source, this will be the 4th snow Miku from Goodsmile Company. Like the previous Snow Miku, this will be available for order during the Winter Wonder Fest. For this, it will be in Dec 2013. You can read more on the ways to get it via Mika Tan's blog. But for me, I will most likely get it through an online reseller.
