News: Nendoroid Dead Master (TV ANIMATION Ver.) previewed by Mika Tan

Just couple of days ago, Max factory had released the Black Gold Saw (BGS) TV animation version figma. And two days ago, Mika Tan also blogged about a new Nendoroid Dead Master (DM). Like the BGS, this DM is also TV animation version. Check it out:

I have not yet seen the Black Rock Shooter animation, but the translucent cloth on DM's head looks pretty weird. Figure-wise I would prefer the first version of DM Nendoroid also by GSC, shared some of the image of it below. But I am interested in the throne which will be included in the TV animation version set.

Anyway, the Nendoroid Dead Master TV animation version is now available for PO on various online shops, set to release on Apr 2013.

News: Hot Toys previews Avengers Movie - 1/6 scale Agent Phil Coulson figure

I'm finally back to my blog after having a long break! The first thing I wanted to blog about after coming back would be this Hot Toys 1/6 scaled figure The Avengers Agent Phil Coulson! After Hot Toys teased the  first three images of Agent Phil last week, there was quite an uproar created. And earlier this week, Hot Toys finally revealed the remaining images of this upcoming figure!

"Hot Toys is proud to present the Agent Phil Coulson Limited Edition Collectible Figure from the smash hit The Avengers movie. Still deciding whether should I get this figure, although he is not a member of Avengers but he played an important role in the movie. And I would say the headsculpt and accessories is really awesome! Currently I have no news of the release date and price, but I will add on to this post once I have it!

News: Max Factory reveals figma Black Gold Saw (TV ANIMATION Ver.) from Black Rock Shooter TV Animation

What a long title... Well I guess that is to separate the difference between this version of Black Gold Saw (BGS) with the previous version of BGS that was released couple of months ago. figma has announced this new BGS which was earlier seen at the AFA 2012 Goodsmile Company's booth which I have posted here.

As what the title of this figure suggests, it is the animation version Black Gold Saw, and as fast as I know there is another version that was released by figma, which has slight difference from this one, I have managed to post the picture of the previous version below.

Since there are OVA and games for Black Rock Shooter, I guess it is no surprise that there are different versions. Set to release in March 2013, would you order this figma BGS to add to your BRS collection?

News: Preview of 1/6 scale Agent Phil Coulson action figure by Hot Toys

Few months ago, we see a prototype of the Agent Phil been displayed at the Hot Toys booth during Ani-Com 2012 which I have posted here. After several months, Hot Toys finally revealed more images of this S.H.I.E.L.D Agent. Let's check them out!

Although only 3 pictures, but the last picture had a display of the accessories to come along. I really like the accessories of Agent Phil, especially the cards! Currently there is no information on the release date and price. Likewise there is no news of PO for this figure yet, but I will update here again if there are more news of this S.H.I.E.L.D Agent!

News: Batman Arkham City - Series 4 Figures by DC Collectibles

We saw the prototypes of Batman, Nightwing and Tailia at the DC Collectibles displays during the NYCC 2012 which I also posted here. Now with the new added Deadshot, the Batman Arkham City - Series 4 Figures is ready for PO!

All these characters were based on the video game published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, developed by Rocksteady Studios, and licensed by DC Entertainment. According to source, the figures should be on sale by Mar 2013.
