News: Figuarts Zero - Super Saiyan Son Goku figurine

After showing up at several anime and toys exhibition, this Figuarts Zero Super Saiyan Goku is finally ready for PO!

Tamashii Nation has been making several Dragon Ball S.H Figuarts, but for Figuarts Zero line, this is the first time. This is really a nice figurine and I am considering to get it. Hope there are more to come!

Toy Fair 2013 News: Dragon Ball figures display

Although not as much as other anime, but it is good enough that there are still new toys/figures from Dragon Ball! We have seen images of these SS Goku and Frieza few months ago. Now there are even more images of it, is that a hint that we will be able to order them very soon...?

Looks like there is a new Dragon Ball figures series? From the picture, the prototype seems like a trading figure series. Will need more info from Bandai to confirm...

News: S.H.Figuarts Iron Man Mark VI and War Machine

Iron Man toys again…? Yes, earlier on I posted a teaser image on the Iron Man Mark VII figure from Bandai (posted here). Today we are viewing more pictures released by Bandai on their first Tamashii Iron Man and War Machine!

Quite surprised that S.H.Figuarts made this Mark VI instead of the latest Mark VII from The Avengers movie. Wait, perhaps it is already in the process... But based on the picture, it really looks awesome despite the fact that it is only 145mm, about the height of a 6" action figure.

Based on the images, War Machine is also looking as awesome! S.H.Figuarts really worked on every detail of the movie characters and make their figure as detailed as possible! But seriously I am wondering would there be many fans and collectors who want to fork out extra money for figures they already have from different manufacturers?

News: Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts Frieza ready for preorder

During the SDCC 2012, we have seen Tamashii Nations displaying Frieza. Now fans can finally get to preorder this Goku's enemy on Bandai online shop!

Although not the strongest villain in Dragon Ball, Frieza still leaves a deep impression to most Dragon Ball fans. Since this is the last form of Frieza, I am not sure if Tamashii Nations is considering making the 1st to 3rd form of him. Looks like a must have for me. According to source it should be delivered by Jun 2013.

News: Super Robot Chogokin Gurren Lagann - Anti-Gurren Lagann from Bandai

Just saw this news last weekend, and I am still thinking hard, who the hell is Anti-Gurren Lagann...? Anyway Bandai is releasing this awesome looking Gurren Lagann look-alike, except it is in red/ black color theme. From the topic, it seems to be one who is the opppsite of using Spiral power, which was the power source of the original Gurren Lagann. 

And yes, it is including all the sharp drills part of the original (red) Gurren Lagann! Looks cool on it, like a Durian! Ops.. Anyway according to source,  it should be ready by Jun 2013 and it is available for ordering at the Bandai online store now!

News: S.H. Figuarts revealed Iron Man Mark VI

This image was revealed not long ago, appears to be in the S.H. Figuarts series. After many toy manufacturers like Hot Toys, Neca, Hasbro, Revoltech and even Goodsmile Company has launched/ announced different versions of Iron Man, it seems the Iron Man 'trend' is still not over. With the upcoming new Iron Man 3 movie, Bandai S.H. Figuarts has finally showed their interest in the "Tony Stark Shares". While not sure if the picture is the figure itself or just an illustrated image, I am really looking forward to more updates from Bandai S.H. Figuarts.

News: Hybrid Grade Dragon Ball Kai figurines in colors

We may have seen the grey colored o prototpye, but this time round, we have the fully colored images!
As you can see based on the picture, there will be 2x Vegeta (1 Super Saiyan & 1 Normal), 2x Bardock (1 Super Saiyan & 1 Normal) and lastly the Super Saiyan3 Gogeta! According to source these are schedule for release by Apr 2013. Quick get your PO made to secure this set!

News: Bandai announced Chibi-Art - Sinbad from MAGI

We first saw the prototype displays of the King of Sindria, Sinbad (from the manga known as - Magi) at the Tamashii Nation 5th Anniversary Event (click here to view it). Magi is  a One Thousand and One Nights-themed Japanese manga written and illustrated by Shinobu Ohtaka. There is also an anime adaptation by A-1 Pictures began airing in Japan on October 7, 2012. Currently the anime is at episode 11, which I am also keeping track of.. Let's take a look at the pictures.

Made in the Chibi-Arts series, this Sinbad stands about 100 mm. Comes with an alternate pose of him in a nude body with a leaf on his sensitive area. I don't think I would want to pose him in this alternate body... According to source, it should be ready by May 2013 and currently several online stores have already started taking in preorders.
