By now, we should have seen a few Asuna figures around in the market. Recently Griffon also announced their Asuna 1/8 PVC figure which is available for preorder at most online stores.

I am not sure about this, but the headsculpt doesn't seems right to me. I would prefer the Asuna from Kotobukiya or figma. What about you?

New: More Asuna Figures on latest Magazine scans

If you have been reading this blog, you would have seen the prototype pictures of Asuna in the Beach Queen series here which was posted about 1 month ago. And from the latest Hobby Japan Magazine scans, the full colored prototype of this awesome Asuna Beach Queen is revealed. 

Other then the Beach Queen series, figma also revealed their Asuna figure prototype picture on this series of  Hobby Japan. With figma Kirito recently available for preorder, it wouldn't be long before they can reunited again as figma figure!

My afterthoughts on the last episode of Sword Art Online anime (Contains Spoilers)

Today marks the end of one of my favorite anime, Sword Art Online. At episode 25, the anime adaption of SAO had finally shown the reunion of Kirito and Asuna, the closing of all Alfheim Online and the launching a new online world.

 Asuna finally awakes and officially intro herself to Kirito.

They had their first kiss in real life and both enrolled into a school

specially made for students who were trapped in SAO

Later on there was a reunion party for all players from SAO

Aincrad! Yes it is the floating castle from SAO. Now a new world is created

by the seeds given by Kabaya to Kirito. And it seems now Kirito and his friends

 from SAO and ALO is joining force to beat their way up to the 100th floor!

The new game avatar of Asuna asking Leefa and Kirito to catch with the 

others who are flying their way to the Aincrad!

 Now that SAO has ended, I feel somehow lost.. Haha.. But I am hoping there will be a second season of SAO soon since only Arc 1 and 2 is included in this 25 episode. Hoping to see Arc 3 and 4 which were written in the light novel by Reki Kawahara. Ok, this is the end of this post, thanks all for viewing!

News: Kotobukiya announced Sword Art Online - Asuna Aincrad Ani*Statue

Saw announcement of this figure posted on Kotobukiya's facebook page and thought of sharing it here too. Being a fan of Sword Art Online (SAO), I am really excited that Kotobukiya is making a statue of Asuna. And seriously this so far one of the best Asuna figure I have seen based on the picture. Check them out below!

The next beautiful Ani*Statue from Kotobukiya comes from Sword Art Online, a Japanese light novel series by Reki Kawahara with illustrations by Abec that's been adapted into manga, anime, and a video game. According to source this Asuna statue will be availabe in Jun 2013. It is a must get for me as a SAO fan. So fellow SAO fans, be quick to get it if you are interested, for some reason I feel this figure will be selling fast!

News: Previews of figma Kirito by Max Factory

Just saw this news on Kirito figure, this time round it is in figma! If you have been reading my blog, by now you should have know who Kirito is. He is the main character in Sword Art Online, and not long ago I have also posted a Nendoroid figure of Kirito which is also releasing next year here! Back to this figma, below are more pictures!

According to source, it will be available for preorder next week. Wonder if figma is making Asuna next?

News: Nendoriod Kirito previewed by Mika Tan

Mika Tan just updated this preview on her blog! I am really excited to see Kirito finally in full color (although most of the color are black). Anyway, this Nendoroid Kirito is really nice, let us look at the images shared by Mika Tan below:

Ever since the first time I watched the anime, I have wished that GSC could make a Nendoroid for Kirito. Now seeing these pictures, I really thank GSC for fulfilling my wish. According to source, he should be out for preorder tomorrow, I am really looking forward for this Nendoroid.
