I happened to see this on amiami website while browsing for some new toys/ figures. It was really an interesting toy/ cooking timer produced by an company named Vertex.

Since it is a cooking timer, it comes with the timer options of 3, 5 and 10 mins. Based on the picture the flame portion is also having a light up function and is in scale with the Monster Hunter figurines from Revoltech. According to source the timer also has a game music setting to make cooking more interesting!
