Most Dragonball fans should know this is the appearance of Vegeta during the Vegeta Saga (aka Saiyan Saga). Posing with a scouter on his left eye and still showing his ape tail. Standing approx. 14cm, Vegeta should be in store by Apr 2013 according to source.
